HomeReady, for families on the waitlist who want to invest

We launched HomeReady for future homeowners who are also accredited investors. Families on our waitlist face two barriers: the wait, and finding a halal, low-risk way to grow a down payment.

With HomeReady, they invest in the Neeyah Fund while they wait, earning rental income and appreciation toward their down payment. Investing also moves them up the waitlist, prioritized by when they want to buy, how much they need from Neeyah, and which market they're buying in.
